The Legacy’s Art of the Sandwich

Prepared fresh on breads and croissants baked in our own oven, our sandwiches change daily and with the seasons.

Each sandwich has a distinctive character of its own:

• Roasted vegetables, mango chutney and camembert on ciabatta bread
• A freshly baked, buttery croissant stuffed with honey ham, aged cheddar, spinach, onion and grainy Dijon
• Roasted chicken, goat’s cheese and cranberries in a whole wheat wrap
• Bacon, tomato, aged cheddar and pickled ginger aioli on a fresh baked croissant
• Fresh greens, tomato, camembert and pickled ginger aioli on a fresh baked croissant
• Caramelized maple walnuts, roasted apple and camembert on a fresh baked croissant

All our sandwich are accompanied by a fresh salad of organic greens and sprouts with your choice of our signature house balsamic or pickled ginger aioli.
